摘要：目的 探讨产程中肛门检查和阴道检查对产妇及胎儿的影响。方法 将临产产妇随机分为肛查组和阴查组，比较产妇的舒适度等情况。结果 肛查带给产妇的不适感大于阴查；而在产褥感染、会阴切口感染及胎儿宫内窘迫、新生儿窒息方面比较均无统计学意义。结论 产程观察中在消毒外阴的条件下行阴查是安全的，不增加母婴感染率。
