摘要：目的 了解我院肠外营养(PN)支持的临床应用情况，为临床合理用药提供依据。方法 收集2015年1月～4月使用肠外营养支持的患者病例并进行统计和分析。结果 有576例患者接受肠外营养支持，在处方组成、持续使用时间等方面发现不合理问题。结论 我院需继续提高PN合理应用的水平。

    Abstract：Objective The purpose of this paper was to analyze the clinical application of PN support in our hospital in order to provide the basis for clinical rational drug use.
