摘要：目的 调查产科门诊母乳喂养健康课堂对促进纯母乳喂养的效果。方法 直接询问方式，调查2014年5月～6月在我院生产的产妇纯母乳喂养情况。结果 在产科门诊经历过母乳喂养健康教育培训的产妇在出院时、产后10d、产后42d时纯母乳喂养率显著高于未经过培训的产妇，两者对比有显著意义(P<0.05)。结论 门诊开展的母乳喂养教育课堂对促进纯母乳喂养有积极的意义。
