摘要：重点专科建设是中医医院建设和发展的重要组成部分。天津中医药大学第二附属医院结合建设中医为主、中西医结合综合性中医医院的发展目标，总结其在既往重点专科建设中取得的成绩，发现不足，总结经验，阐明专科建设的必要性和重要意义，为推动中医医院可持续发展提供借鉴。

    Abstract：The key specialty construction is an important part of the construction and development in the hospitals of traditional Chinese Medicine.In second affiliated hospital of Tianjin university of TCM， based on the development goal of becoming a general hospital of TCM， the traditional Chinese Medicine and integrative Medicine are combined.
