摘要：目的 分析和研究循证护理在早产儿护理中的应用效果。方法 选取2012年9月～2014年12月早产儿62例，将其按随机数字表法分为观察组31例与对照组31例。对照组患儿给予常规护理；观察组患儿给予循证护理，将两组患儿护理效果进行对比。结果 两组患儿并发症发生率相比较：观察组低于对照组P<0.05。结论 将循证护理应用于早产儿护理干预中，其在增加护理科学性、严谨性同时，也降低了并发症发生几率，对提高早生儿生存率具有重要作用。

    Abstract：Objective To analyze and study the effect of evidence-based nursing used in nursing care of preterm infants. Methods From 2012 September to 2014 December， 62 cases of premature infants， which were randomly divided into the observation group 31 cases and control group of 31 cases.
