摘要：为了探讨有效沟通在PICU中的作用，本研究根据Zung焦虑自量表(SAS)对85名患儿家属利用问卷形式进行调查，并根据结果进行及时、有效的沟通，从而得出结论：通过有效沟通可以减少家属的焦虑情绪，明显提高家属的信任感，提高治愈率，减少纠纷的发生。
