摘要：目的 探讨小儿大叶性肺炎治疗效果和最佳护理方法。方法 对100例小儿大叶性肺炎患儿，仔细观察病情变化，提供最佳的护理。结果 通过精心治疗，密切观察病情变化，采取有效的护理措施，100例患儿全部治愈出院。结论 加强对小儿大叶性肺炎观察和护理，可提高治疗效果，减轻患儿的痛苦，降低复发率。
