疏肝调胃汤治疗反流性食管炎57例临床观察
摘要：目的 观察疏肝调胃汤治疗反流性食管炎的临床疗效。方法 98例符合纳入标准的反流性食管炎患者，随机分为两组。治疗组57例，对照组41例。治疗组以中药疏肝调胃汤加减治疗，与采用泮托拉唑钠肠溶胶囊和多潘立酮片治疗的对照组比较。结果 治疗组与对照组治愈率分别为94.7%，75.6%，治疗组治愈率明显优于对照组，P<0.05。结论 疏肝调胃汤治疗反流性食管炎的疗效显著。关键词：疏肝调胃汤；反流性食管炎；临床观察
