2010～2014年房山区住院医师规范化培训情况分析与思考

     摘要：建立住院医师规范化培训制度是医学人才培养的长效机制，是保障卫生事业持续发展的重要措施。本文结合2010～2014年房山区实施现状，客观分析当前住院医师规范化培训中存在的一些问题，结合实际对培训的必要性、系统性和前瞻性进行分析。
