摘要：目的 探究胃镜活检标本针对胃癌疾病的诊断率及存在着的问题，以此提升胃癌确诊率。方法 选取我院2012年9月～2014年9月实施胃镜活检标本的临床、病理资料做回顾分析。结果 胃镜检查疑似胃癌病例135例，病理活检诊断120例，所占比例为88.89%。其中，胃镜、活检共同诊断病例107例，诊断符合率为79.26%。15例为胃镜诊断为胃溃疡病例，漏诊率为12.5%。经过活检后排除的胃癌病例15例，所占比例为11.11%。结论 胃镜活检结合为胃癌诊断的有效方式，对于胃镜下疑似病变病例应提倡常规活检。
