摘要：目的 对46例胫腓骨骨折患者治疗进行分析，探索胫腓骨骨折的治疗方法。方法 手术治疗组依据胫骨张力在内侧的原理，行切开复位，钢板安置于前内侧，为愈合创造了较好条件；保守组以传统夹板或石膏固定，有的配合牵引。结果 手术治疗组31例，30例治愈，占96.77%。保守组15例，均骨性愈合。结论 对非稳定性骨折在条件允许前提下，应尽可能手术固定。
