摘要：目的 探讨肾错构瘤的治疗保留肾单位手术护理措施。预防和控制23例手术中肿瘤自发性破裂。方法 术后预防并发症、出血、肾功能衰竭、尿瘘、感染，改善机体营养状况，促进患者早日康复。结果 本组患者手术切除肿瘤，肿瘤直径3～24cm，术后病情稳定，无并发症发生。经病理检查确诊为错构瘤。结论 保留肾单位手术肾错构瘤的治疗疗效。但围手术期的观察和护理是保证手术成功的关键。
