摘要：目的 探讨超脉冲激光治疗睑黄瘤的效果及护理。方法 用超脉冲激光治疗睑黄瘤患者病例。结果 96例患者71例痊愈，15例显效，7例有效，3例无效。结论 良好的护理措施可以保证和提高超脉冲激光治疗睑黄瘤的治愈率。护理人员应客观地解释超脉冲激光治疗睑黄瘤患者的优点。准确把握治疗深度和范围，无菌操作等。

    Abstract：Objective To investigate the effect of ultra pulse laser treatment and nursing of xanthelasmata. Methods The cases of xanthelasmata% patients with ultra pulse laser therapy. Results 96 cases of patients treated with 7L (73%)， 15 cases (15.63%) were cured. Effective in 7 cases (7.29%). Invalid 3 case (3.23%). Conclusion Good nursing measures can ensure and improve the cure rate of ultra pulse laser treatment of xanthelasma.
