摘要：医院是社会大环境中的一个单位，与人的生命打交道，医院的安全环境、医院的行为准则直接影响社会的声誉和政府的形象。医院开展道德化管理，加强安全文化和制度文化建设，树立员工正确的道德理念和安全意识，引导员工的价值选择，规范和约束员工的行为，激励员工的内在动力和自觉行动，促进员工的安全文化融合，可使医院进入有序发展的良性状态，提高医院在社会的影响力，更有利于提升医院的核心竞争力。
