摘要：目的 测定南昌市售的A、B、C、D四种尼莫地平片剂在人工肠液中的溶出度，评价片剂质量。方法 定量分析法采用紫外分光光度法，以人工肠液为介质，采用浆法测定。结果 尼莫地平D片在人工肠液中的溶出度明显高于尼莫地平A、B和C片剂的溶出度。结论 市售尼莫地平片剂在人工肠液中的溶出度检测存在明显差异，说明市售尼莫地平的质量有显著差别。
