摘要：目的 分析手术治疗旋后内收型Ⅱ度踝关节骨折的临床效果。方法 患者均采用手术治疗，术后定期随访，并对末次访问进行评分，以分析手术效果。结果 手术治疗优良率为80%。结论 对旋后内收型Ⅱ度踝关节骨折患者采用手术治疗，有利于患者病情愈合，具有临床价值。
