摘要：目的 探讨青少年自发性气胸的护理。方法 对我院2013年～2015年收治的40例青少年自发性气胸的临床资料及护理进行回顾性分析。结果 治愈40例。结论 对青少年自发性发气胸的患者要提高警惕，密切观察，加强心理护理及基础护理，防止并发症，以提高治愈率，降低病死率。
