摘要：目的 观察芦荟外敷治疗输液性静脉炎的效果。方法 将静脉输液并发静脉炎的住院患者50例随机分为观察组(25例)和对照组(25例)。观察组采用芦荟外敷，对照组采用常规50%硫酸镁湿热敷，观察两组患者临床治疗效果。结果 观察组治愈静脉炎的平均时间短于对照组，且效果优于对照组。结论 用芦荟外敷治疗输液性静脉炎效果好，副作用少，操作简单方便，经济实惠，患者更易接受，便于临床推广。
