摘要：目的 探讨自动痔疮套扎治疗老年I，II期痔疮出血，痔疮出血的可行性处理方法。方法 回顾性总结经动力性痔结扎术治疗老年人Ⅱ型痔出血的出血性痔脱垂，分析手术方法，注意事项，并对其影响。结果 所有病例均随访半年，无肛门狭窄、大便失禁、肛门狭窄等。结论 自动痔疮套扎I，II期痔疮治疗，III期脱垂性痔出血少，无需麻醉，安全有效，已在医院，无肛门狭窄，有效降低术后老年患者并发疾病，减轻患者的痛苦，对CRCP的家中西医学中的应用是指床的处理方法。
