摘要：目的 观察中药宣肺清解汤对治疗肺部感染的临床疗效。方法 选取50例肺部感染患者，男性32例，女性18例，年龄19～76岁，均用中药宣肺清解汤口服治疗，观察临床治疗效果。结果 病愈31例，好转12例，无效7例，总有效率达86%，无不良反应。结论 中药宣肺清解汤用于治疗肺部感染，能明显改善患者的临床症状，药物不良作用少，疗效明显，值得在临床推广。
