摘要：本文根据医院放射治疗设备特点及高能放射线特性，从科室放射防护管理制度、放射治疗设备防护安全、环境的放射防护安全、人员的放射防护安全等几方面，探讨放射治疗防护工作的重要性。

    Abstract：This paper discusses the importance of radiotherapy protection work from the aspects of radiation protection and management system of departments，protection and safety of radiotherapy equipment，radiological protection safety of the environment，radiological protection safety of the personnel according to the characteristics of radiotherapy equipment of hospital and the features of high energy radioactive rays.
