摘要：目的 探讨肝胆管结石并胆管狭窄的手术治疗效果。方法 选取我院从2011年2月～2013年3月所收治的62例肝胆管结石并胆管狭窄患者作为研究对象，将其随机平均分为观察组和对照组，每组患者31例，观察组患者给予肝叶、肝段切除手术，对照组患者给予肝胆管切开取石术。结果 观察组患者的并发症发生率、残石率、复发率均明显低于对照组，其差异存在着统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 肝胆管结石并胆管狭窄给予肝叶、肝段切除手术，恢复效果好，疗效优于肝胆管切开取石术。
