摘要：目的 探讨手术结束后器械处理流程的优化对提高工作效率及医护及患者满意度的影响。方法 对手术后器械处理流程更改，并通过学习及定期不定期的督导检查通报。结果 麻醉医生满意度提高10%，手术医师满意程度提高了16%，手术室护士的满意度提高了25%，患者的满意度提高了30%。P<0.01具有统计学意义。结论 优化器械处理流程可有效提高工作效率及医护及患者满意度。
