摘要：目的 探讨研究卡式微柱凝胶试验在临床输血检验中应用的价值。方法 本研究选取240例需要输血治疗的患者进行研究，分别采用盐水法和卡式微柱凝胶法对研究对象的血液标本进行检测。结果 在240例患者血液中使用卡式微柱凝胶法检测到一次性正确率正定型为100.00%，反定型为99.17%；使用盐水法检测出一次性正确率正定型为95.83%，反定型为91.67%，RhD型共5例，占2.08%。结论 卡式微柱凝胶实验操作更为简单，并且易于观察，检测结果具有稳定性和明确性，便于对血液的检验结果进行判断，是交叉配血和血型检验的有效方法。
