摘要：目的 探讨综合护理干预对高血压合并冠心病患者的疗效影响效果。方法 收集我院2014年3月～2015年3月入院的120例高血压合并冠心病患者按是否愿意接受综合护理干预分为两组。实验组患者加施综合护理干预，对照组患者给予常规护理措施。结果 实验组患者干预后环境适应、人际关系、心理状态与生理状况评分与对照组患者干预后组间比较存在显著性差异，具有统计学意义(P<0.01)；实验组患者干预后收缩压及舒张压与对照组患者干预后行组间比较均显著性下降，存在显著性差异，具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论 综合护理干预对高血压合并冠心病患者的疗效影响效果显著，具有借鉴性。
