摘要：目的 探讨老年急性阑尾炎的诊治。方法 对169例老年急性阑尾炎患者的诊治进行回顾性分析。结果 行阑尾切除术151例，阑尾脓肿引流术5例，保守治疗13例。术后病理结果：单纯性阑尾炎12例(占手术例数7.7%)，化脓性阑尾炎96例(占手术例数61.5%)，坏疽性阑尾炎48例(占手术例数30.8%)。除2例患者死亡，其他均痊愈，其中1例死于术后肺部感染，另1例死于感染性休克(未手术)。结论 老年急性阑尾炎因其病史与体征不典型，在诊断及治疗上都比较困难。一经诊断，应及时手术治疗。
