摘要：洋地黄类药物是治疗充血性心力衰竭的主要药物，但在临床应用中，因此类药物的有效量与中毒量之间范围狭小，个体耐受性不同，及其他许多因素均可影响患者对洋地黄的耐受量，有些因素还可改变洋地黄在体内的吸收、代谢和排泄过程而引起蓄积中毒。
