摘要：骨科患者疼痛，影响着患者的饮食、睡眠和功能锻炼，延长骨折的愈合进程。为了尽可能减轻或消除患者的疼痛，促进骨折愈合，提高患者的生活质量，在临床护理中，我们采用PDCA循环管理骨科患者的疼痛，从而达到对疼痛的有效护理。
