摘要：医学临床技能培养是医学人才培养的关键阶段，搞好医学操作实验学课程体系的建设是形势所趋，是21世纪医学科学发展和高素质医学生培养的需要，腹腔镜微创技术在各级医院得到了广泛推广，理应纳入新世纪医学生的培养模式中，本文阐述了以模式化的腹腔镜操作虚拟培训系统的教学过程。实践发现，该系统为临床医生和医学生提供了一个反复实践的平台，在微创外科实践教学中发挥了重要作用。

    Abstract：Laparoscopic surgery involves the use of instruments using keyhole and is generally considered more difficult than open surgery. Training using a laparoscope-imitating training system is an option to supplement standard surgical training. We sought to answer the question of whether laparoscope-imitating training is useful for such surgical trainees in terms of improving surgical skills.
