摘要：目的 分析布地奈德气雾剂与西替利嗪滴剂治疗小儿哮喘患者的临床效果。方法 选取本院2013年10月～2014年10月收治的哮喘患儿60例为研究对象，随机分为对照组与观察组，对照组予以布地奈德气雾剂治疗，观察组在对照组基础上给予西替利嗪滴剂治疗，比较两组各项数据。结果 对比两组患儿治疗后昼间症状评分、夜间症状评分，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 布地奈德气雾剂与西替利嗪滴剂联合用于小儿哮喘治疗，疗效显著。
