摘要：目的 探讨下呼吸道感染疾病诊断中血清降钙素原(PCT)的临床及意义。方法 选取我院接诊下呼吸道感染疾病患者56例与健康人群30例，行CRP、PCT与WBC检测，对比测定结果与诊断价值。结果 感染组PCT、CRP水平显著高于非感染组、健康对照组(P<0.05)，WBC水平无显著差异(P>0.05)；非感染组PCT、CRP水平显著高于健康对照组(P<0.05)，WBC水平无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论 相较于CRP、WBC两项指标，PCT在下呼吸道感染疾病诊断中，具有更高的应用价值。
