摘要：目的 对新生儿脐带脱落延迟的原因予以探讨分析。方法 随机选取我院出生的新生儿1221例，于出院后15 d回访收集脐带脱落延迟新生儿30例，分析脐带脱落延迟的发生原因并制定相应对策。结果 30例患儿中，22例为脐带消毒原因引起，1例为结扎位置太高引起，2例为结扎工具；5例为新生儿照护不当所致。结论 新生儿脐带脱落延迟会造成脐部疾病，所以寻找脐部延迟脱落的原因，并制定相应的对策，有利于减少这种情况的发生，有利于新生儿脐带早日脱落。
