摘要：格林-巴利综合征(GBS)又称急性炎性脱髓鞘性多发性神经病(AIDP)，是比较常见的神经系统疾病，是一种以周围神经广泛炎症性节段性脱髓鞘和小血管周围淋巴细胞及巨嗜细胞的炎性反应为主要病理改变的一种迟发性自身免疫性疾病[1]。

    Abstract：Guillain Barre syndrome(GBS)，also known as acute inflammatory demyelinating multiple neuropathy(AIDP)is relatively common diseases of the nervous system，is a kind of peripheral nerve inflammation broadly segmental demyelination and vascular peripheral lymphocyte and macrophage cell inflammatory reaction is the main pathological change of a delayed autoimmune disease[1].
