摘要：本文运用现代管理学的SWOT分析法，分析总结了在我院体检中心护士规范化培训工作中的存在的优势、劣势、机遇和挑战，从而发挥优势，克服劣势，利用机遇，应对挑战，并提出相应的策略，认为SWOT分析法可以使护士规范化培训工作进一步完善，从而提高培训成效。
