摘要：目的 观察藿香正气散在眩晕病湿浊中阻型临床治疗效果。方法 运用藿香正气散治疗眩晕病42例，并与对照组42例对比进行临床观察。结果 治疗组痊愈42例，治愈23，好转12，未愈7，总有效率83.3%；对照组42例，治愈13，好转15，未愈14，总有效率66.7%，治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 藿香正气散在眩晕病有肯定的临床疗效。
