摘要：头颈部恶性肿瘤占全身肿瘤的5%，发病率居第6位，其中，大于90%为鳞状细胞癌[1]。吸烟、酒精及HPV感染是头颈部恶性肿瘤发病相关的最重要因素[2]。头颈部恶性肿瘤具有较高的颈淋巴结转移率，而有关颈部VI区淋巴结转移的研究较少。本论文就目前国内外关于颈部VI区淋巴结在头颈部恶性肿瘤中意义的研究做一综述。作者分别就VI区淋巴结中各个区域淋巴结在头颈部恶性肿瘤中的意义做一阐述。
