摘要：目的 对持续腹腔冲洗治疗胰十二指肠切除术后吻合口瘘患者的护理对策进行分析。方法 随机抽取我院180例胰十二指肠切除术后出现胰肠吻合口瘘患者，均通过持续腹腔冲洗给予临床治疗，并探讨相关的护理对策。结果 治疗后，胰肠吻合口瘘均痊愈，没有出现腹腔感染以及出血等并发症。结论 持续腹腔冲洗具有有效、简单等优势，完善引流管冲洗护理干预对提高治疗有效性具有非常重要的意义。
