摘要：护理人员是医事活动的参与者，亦是临床疗效的践行者，她们在医疗实践中具有双重属性。近年来，由于患者就诊量的增多，医疗工作的繁重，护理人员的压力亦随之加重，致使多数员工出现不同程度的身心隐患，甚或因劳殉职。因此，提高护理人员自身健康观念的工作尤为重要。
