摘要：羊水过多属于妊娠期较为常见的并发症，会引起围生儿预后差以及不良妊娠结局等不良后果，是临床上的一大难题。本文主要从该病的发病因素和发病机制、产前诊断以及妊娠结局三个方面进行综述。

    Abstract：Polyhydramnios belong to the more common complications of pregnancy，can cause perinatal children with poor prognosis and adverse pregnancy outcomes and other adverse consequences， is a major clinical problem.This paper summarizes the risk factors and pathogenesis of the disease， prenatal diagnosis and pregnancy outcomes in three aspects.
