摘要：目的 探讨成人间质性肺气肿的CT表现。方法 2例运动后胸闷憋气患者行胸部CT扫描并做薄层重建，分析其影像表现。结果 2例患者均发现纵隔及皮下积气，1例患者还发现肺小叶间隔及支气管血管鞘内积气。结论 间质性肺气肿具有典型CT表现，HRCT有利于肺内改变的发现。
