摘要：阳虚便秘一般病程较长，也有新发即为阳虚证者，在其中医治疗中，不仅要根据疾病现有的症状及体征进行辨病、辨证，更要注重体质在疾病发生、发展中所起的作用，在实际治疗中，我们在中医“辨病”“辨证”的基础上结合体质辨识，兼顾体质调理，恰当施治，取得较好疗效。
