摘要：目的 探讨半夏泻心汤联合西药治疗胃食管反流病的价值。方法 以我院胃食管反流病患者为研究对象，分为研究组和对照组。两组基础治疗均为埃索美拉唑西药治疗，研究组加用半夏泻心汤治疗。对比研究组和对照组治疗前及治疗后中医病证评分和治疗疗效。结果 ①两组治疗前中医病证评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)；两组治疗后中医病证评分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；②研究组和对照组治疗有效率分别为90%、70%(P<0.05)。结论 半夏泻心汤联合西药治疗胃食管反流病疗效肯定，对改善患者症状疗效显著。
