丙泊酚复合小剂量羟考酮用于宫腔镜检查的安全性评价(2)
本文的研究亦表明 单用丙泊酚麻醉时虽麻醉起效迅速、苏醒也快,但用量大于复合芬太尼或羟考酮组,这说明复合羟考酮或芬太尼等镇痛药时能明显加强丙泊酚的麻醉效果,减少丙泊酚的用量,使得苏醒更快。芬太尼组的术中呼吸抑制的概率明显高于羟考酮组,这说明小剂量的芬太尼和丙泊酚复合时,它们的麻醉效能加强,呼吸抑制作用也更明显。而羟考酮组既加强了丙泊酚的镇痛作用,减少了丙泊酚的用量,同时呼吸抑制率有所减低。芬太尼组苏醒后的头昏嗜睡比羟考酮组明显,单纯丙泊酚组苏醒期躁动率高于羟考酮与芬太尼组,可能与其单纯应用镇痛作用不及后两组有关。
综上所述,本研究表明羟考酮注射液有较强的镇痛效果,复合丙泊酚麻醉时加强后者的麻醉效果,减少其用量,呼吸抑制更轻,能安全用于宫腔镜手术的麻醉。
