摘要：放疗容易使附近正常组织受损，发生病理改变，比如炎性反应、组织坏死以及纤维化合成等。正常组织受损后一个重要的变化就是组织乏氧，这种变化容易使多种和放射损伤有关的细胞因子发生改变，同时还会对放射损伤发生以及发展产生影响。本次研究就正常组织中放射导致组织乏氧的损伤影响研究进展实施综述。
