摘要：目的 探讨家属对抑郁症患者监督治疗的意义。方法 对辖区内近5年内抑郁症自杀患者治疗恢复情况进行流行病学调查。结果 没有健康知识的家属疏于对患者监督，患者不服药治疗，导致自杀等恶性事件。结论 对患者家属系统健康教育，提高家属对坚持药物治疗重要性的认识，在有效监督下坚持药物治疗能明显帮助抑郁症患者避免自杀等极端事件的发生。
