摘要：采用正交优化试验，以总黄酮得率作为考察指标，对影响超声辅助渐尖毛蕨总黄酮提取的因素进行了研究。结果表明渐尖毛蕨总黄酮的最佳提取工艺条件：乙醇浓度为60%，时间为40min，料液比为1∶30，温度为60℃。在最佳提取条件下，其得率可达43.62mg/g。
