摘要：随着医疗水平的不断提升，各种急性疾病的预防与治疗工作取得了很大的进展，但是在慢性病的管理上，目前仍然没有有效的治疗方法，只能以持续治疗的方式进行。受到传统理念的影响，现代人重治疗轻防治的意识依然难以根除。因此，本文从现代医疗保险制度上入手，探讨提高慢性病健康管理的有效对策。
