摘要：目的 了解门诊患者对服务指导的选择。方法 自行设计门诊患者选择护理指导者的调查表，对门诊患者进行问卷调查。结果 90%以上的门诊患者选择高年资护士做服务指导者。结论 高年资护士在门诊服务指导中占较大优势。

    Abstract：Objective To understand the outpatient's choice of outpatient service guide. Methods Self-designed outpatient nursing instructor questionnaire on the survey of outpatients. Results 90%above outpatient do high qualification nurses service director. Conclusion The high qualification nurses in the outpatient service guide represents a significant advantage.
