摘要：目的 探讨颅内鞍区肿瘤采用经翼点入路显微方法手术治疗的临床效果。方法 选取颅内鞍区肿瘤患者20例，采用经翼点入路显微方法手术治疗，观察治疗后的临床效果。结果 肿瘤暴露情况中，Ⅰ级4例，Ⅱ级12例，Ⅲ级3例，IV级1例；肿瘤切除程度中，全切15例，大部分切除4例，部分切除1例；术后未遗留任何神经损伤且恢复良好者13例，轻残6例，死亡1例。结论 颅内鞍区肿瘤采用经翼点入路显微方法手术治疗的临床效果显著，能有效提升患者的生存质量。
