摘要：目的 探讨超声弹性成像技术与常规超声诊断在甲状腺良恶性结节中的诊断价值。方法 选取80例病理诊断为甲状腺结节患者作为研究对象，对其分别进行超声弹性成像与常规超神诊断，对比分析两种检查方法的检查结果。结果 本组80例患者共有112个甲状腺结节，其中有84个良性结节，28个恶性结节。常规超声检查结果为74个良性结节，38个恶性结节。结论 将超声弹性成像技术与常规超声进行联合应用，能够有效的提高甲状腺良恶性结节诊断的准确性，应用价值显著。
